  • To respond to your inquiries, carry out your requests, fulfill orders, process payments for our products and services, and communicate with you regarding said services.

We and our third-party service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:

  • Through your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your media access control address, computer type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.

When you place an order at one of the CML owned or CML franchised restaurants or food trucks, you may be directed to or utilize one of our third-party ordering services providers, including Revel and/or LoyaltyPlant.
